VIDEO: Peter Cotton says without "owning up", the Catholic Church in Tasmania is at risk of repeating past mistakes.
Peter Cotton was abused by his class teacher, a Christian Brother, at Aquinas College in Perth in the 1960s. When he found out his abuser had moved to Tasmania where he had become a priest, Peter made a complaint to the Archdiocese of Hobart. In the more than 20 years since making that complaint, Peter says the archdiocese still hasn't learnt from its mistakes.
